One person, start to finish.
I’m Josh Mans. I started OTS in 2015 and I’ve been working on computers and websites since I was about ten. These days that includes building and publishing mobile apps.
OTS is my side business, not my primary income, so I can keep pricing competitive and take on work because it’s interesting. Timelines can run a little longer than a big agency’s, and I’ll always tell you up front what to expect.
