This policy explains what information OTS Computer & Technology Solutions (“OTS,” “we,” “us”) collects through otstechs.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have. OTS is operated by Josh Mans, based in Mankato, Minnesota.

Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. We use this only to reply to you about your inquiry.
If you’re an existing customer, our client portal (customers.otstechs.com) is a separate system with its own sign-in. Information handled there — account details, support tickets — is governed by that system’s own access controls, not by this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server logs basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. With your consent, we also use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, described below.
Cookies & analytics
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject, or customize cookies by category (necessary, functional, analytics, marketing). Necessary cookies keep the site working and don’t require consent. Everything else — including Google Analytics — stays off until you opt in, and Google Analytics only receives anonymized traffic data once you do. You can change your choice anytime using the cookie icon in the corner of the page.
We use Google Analytics to see aggregate information like which pages are popular and how visitors found the site. We don’t use this data to personally identify you, and we don’t sell it. Google’s own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties we work with
- Google Analytics — site usage statistics, only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Email delivery service — used to deliver messages you send through the contact form to our inbox.
- eBay — our Shop page links out to our eBay store. We don’t use affiliate or tracking links, and eBay’s own privacy policy governs anything you do on their site.
Data retention
We keep contact form messages as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation. Cookie consent preferences are remembered for 365 days, after which you’ll be asked again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of analytics cookies at any time (see Cookies & analytics above). To make a request, reach out through our contact form.
Children’s privacy
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
